For the next week, Fly FM will be playing host to some very special guests! Singers and performers from Nottingham Trent’s very own Music Society will be coming to Fly to perform and showcase some of their songs in live sessions during the week!
Some of the artists who will be coming in throughout the week are veterans to the station, such as Anwyn Williams, who performed live on Fly last year for Fly Fm Saves Guitar Music Week, and Fly’s very own Daniel Skipp, of Pre-Ocean fame!
NTU’s Music Society is a free-to-join society for anyone who loves music, whether you play an instrument or not! They regularly go to open mic nights in Nottingham and it’s a great way to meet fellow musicians with similar interests or to just listen to some live music and make friends!
The best way to get in touch with them is via their Facebook page, or email them at ntumusicians@gmail.com. The page is also a great hub of information where events organizers often ask for artists to perform at their gigs. Other musicians look for others to form bands and jam with through their page, so it’s a good stepping stone if you’re musically inclined.
If you want to know who will be performing when, then look no further! Here’s the full schedule for the week:
